During terms 5 & 6, students of Star Academy will have the opportunity to participate in Professional Teachers of Dancing Musical Theatre examinations. PTD is a member of the Council for Dance Education and Training and the Society of Teachers of Speech and Drama. Additionally, students may have the opportunity to enter for Production examinations in their chosen subjects. After completion of the above. students will then be entered for TRINITY College London Musical Theatre and Performance examinations at Grade 6-8. These are advanced levels in Acting, Dancing and Singing. The syllabus is a valuable focus for developing individual confidence and consolidating the performance skills of multi-talented performance students.
